FREE SEMINAR
"DEVELOPING CHILDREN'S PHYSICAL LITERACY, THE FIRST STEP OF THE JOURNEY"...
Kildare Sports Partnership, in association with Sports Ireland Coaching present a FREE seminar at the Osprey Hotel, Naas on Sat 03 December 2016 (10 am - 1:30 pm).
This seminar is offered to those who can positively influence physical literacy awareness and promote participation in physical activity among young children from an early age.
Topics include keynote presentations on the development of children's physical literacy, an introduction to a NEW "Coaching Children programme" by Sport Ireland Coaching, a physical literacy and disability inclusion presentation, and a Q&A forum.
Guest speakers include;
- Dr Wesley O'Brien, University College Cork,
- Melanie McKee, Senior Lecturer at Stranmillis University College, Belfast,
- Sheelagh Quinn, Sport Ireland Coaching,
- Former Kildare footballer and All Star player, Johnny Doyle.
