We painted a blue background, drew swans, used handprints for their wings and stuck the swans onto the background.
On Science Week, we learned about two female Irish scientists, Maude Delap and Cynthia Evelyn Longfield. We learned about our lungs. We did two experiments: we made an egg float in water and we showed that air takes up space. Here are some photos of our air experiment.
We learned that Henri Matisse used a scissors as a drawing tool. We were inspired by his art and we made some cut-out pictures.
