Our Class went on an autumn walk around the school grounds. We collected lots of interesting items on our walk.
Our class learned about five different 2D shapes: circle, square, rectangle, triangle and semicircle. We made these 2D shapes out of lollipop sticks.
We worked in groups to discover different things about bubbles. We found out that if we put our finger or pencil up to a bubble, it pops. However, we discovered that if you dip your finger or pencil into the bubble mixture, the bubbles might not pop straight away. They may even sit on your finger or pencil! We had lots of fun with this experiment.
As part of maths week this year, we created some maths art. We created 2D shape monsters! Can you spot the different 2D shapes we used to make our monsters?
We had so much fun at Halloween. We made some spooky skeletons for art.
On Friday, we dressed up in amazing costumes! We loved seeing what everyone had dressed up as.
